Time is on your side if you plan ahead. Procrastination is never a good time management technique. If you strive to stick to these 2 statements and the title of this blog you will come out on top.
The more you learn the better off you will be in the future. Reading is definitely the easiest way to learn new things but actually experimenting with stuff is the best way. It is usually referred to as hands on experience. Practice getting your hands dirty every day with something new. Don't become stagnant, if you do move on, its not a good way to end up. I have been practicing this ever since I started working with PC's as a software engineer and it really pays off, especially in my industry where things change daily.
